Frequently Asked
Questions
Do you offer payment plans?
Of course - I know and understand that branding and website design can be a big investment, so I offer two types of payment plans: a two part payment plan for branding only and a three or four month plan for branding + website. I do require a non-refundable deposit in order to book you into my calendar. The remaining balance is then split across monthly payments, so you can feel more confident in your investment. Please note, your branding package and/or website will not be released until the final balance is settled.
How long is your process?
I recommend setting aside 6-8 weeks for my branding package and 12-16 weeks for my branding and website package. This should give us ample time to chat, develop, revise and refine!

What’s included in your packages?
Please see my services page which breaks down the package inclusions. Click here

How will we communicate throughout the process?
In truth, much will take place through email although we will set aside a number of Google Meets sessions too - usually two Google Meets sessions for branding and four for branding + website.

I already have branding - can you just create my website?
Whilst I prefer to work with clients across the whole process of branding and website design, I do take on a number of website only clients across a year. It really does depend on your current branding and if it works well with my design style and processes. I would strongly recommend getting in touch via email to discuss.

Can you just create a logo?
Not really…my passion lies with creating a complete brand identity for my clients (and a website if they choose to add on this option). Branding goes so much further and deeper than a logo; it tells the complete story of your brand and showcases you, your product and/or your services to the world. I understand it is a big investment but it is absolutely worth it to grow your business.

Will I have access to the fonts you use?
Yes! In the final files I deliver to you, you’ll also receive a brand guidelines PDF where I will detail the fonts we have utilised, along with links on where you can purchase and/or download them. Legally, you must obtain your own separate license for any paid for fonts we use as part of your branding.
